School Nursing Service The team provides School Nursing Services to all children of statutory school age and their families/carers. Children/young people can be seen in a variety of settings, for example school, health clinics or at home.
Specialist Community Learning Disabilities Services (Adults) The Joint Specialist Community Learning Disabilities Team work with people with learning disabilities who are aged over 18. It is jointly provided by our NHS Trust and Norfolk County Council's Social Services. The team provides specialist assessment and advice about health, lifestyle, mobility and communication within people's own homes.
Speech and Language Therapy - Adult (Community) The Community Speech and Language Therapy Team offer expert assessment and management of communication and swallowing problems associated with ageing, stroke, mental health and progressive neurological conditions.
Speech and Language Therapy - Adult (QEH Non Stroke) The Adult Speech and Language Therapy (Non-Stroke) Service aims to enable people to communicate to the best of their ability through assessment, treatment and providing advice and support
St James' The base for the Trust in west Norfolk, St James' Clinic in King's Lynn
Steps Rehabilitation Service for people aged 65 and over to regain independence and who need confidence building to enable them to return home.
Sterile Services Department The Sterile Services Department provides a fully compliant and cost effective surgical instrument decontamination and sterilisation service.
Stroke Rehabilitation Norfolk Specialist Rehabilitation for patients who have suffered a stroke. The service may be offered within an inpatient rehabilitation ward or in the patients home environment.
Sure Start Children's Centres Health, Education and Social Care Services for Children under 5 and their Families
Swaffham Community Hospital Set in west Norfolk, Swaffham Hospital provides professional rehabilitation services plus a range of clinics.
