Patient Stories at our Board
Every month our Trust Board is directly connecting with the services it provides by hearing about a patient’s experience at the start of our Board meeting. A patient or carer is supported by the Patient Experience and Involvement team to share their experiences of their care from NCH&C and how this connects with other services they may have experienced.
Patients and carers can directly tell the Board about where care has been good and where improvements can be made. Actions arising are followed up by our Director of Nursing Quality and Operations and linked into the learning and outcomes of other patient and care feedback.
