Entry Requirements
The benefit of Apprenticeships is that they are accessible to many different people and there are very few entry requirements
Below are some considerations in terms of Norfolk Community Health and Care’s expectations and parameters for fully funded Apprenticeships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade D or equivalent including English and Maths.
- Must not hold a Level 4 or equivalent qualification or above (this includes degrees, Higher Professional Diplomas and BTEC’s).
- Must be an EU resident for 3 or more years.
Knowledge / Experience
- Must be prepared to undertake a full competence based interview.
- If applying for a Level 3 Apprenticeship, some experience or knowledge in the subject area will be an advantage and in some cases a requirement.
Behaviour
- Willing to adhere to Norfolk Community Health and Care’s core values and behaviour framework
- Prepared to fully complete the Apprenticeship framework
- Willing to learn and to take on board feedback and development opportunities where appropriate
