Our Care Strategy 2015-2020
Our Clinical Strategy was published in 2012 and the Executive Leadership Team have developed a five year Care Strategy, to replacing the Clinical Strategy. With the move towards greater integration of health and social care our new strategy will focus on the wider care agenda and how we work more closely with social care and voluntary sector partners.
