Cranmer House

The staff at Cranmer House work closely together to provide joined up care which maximises each patient's independence and rehabilitation.

Set in Fakenham, north Norfolk, the unit's 13 nursing beds enable patients to receive professional support closer to their own homes.

The team takes an holistic approach to ensure patients receive exactly the right care for their needs, putting in place appropriate care plans which will help people to maintain the best quality of life possible.

The unit is part of a residential care home, which means NCH&C's nurses, therapists and support staff work alongside the experts from the local Social Services team.
